I moved in a few months ago, and Middletowne already feels like home! Great apartments, kind management, and a fantastic/convenient location. Highly recommend to anyone apartment shopping in the Seguin area.
Staff is amazing. Maintenance keeps up with problems.
We just moved in 2 weeks ago... I am so excited to be here... The apartment is wonderful, any thing that has needed done they have fixed right away. The staff is so super friendly, it is like a community rather than just an apartment building. On day 3 the on site security officer stopped as we were moving in, introduced himself and told us where he lived in case we needed him, it has been WONDERFUL... I look forward to a long happy time here... Thank you Monica for all the help and making us feel so welcome...
My husband, myself and roommate have lived for close to a year now and we love everything about this place. The manager is always making sure that things are running correctly and orderly. She's one of the nicest people I have ever met and she's genuine about the things she says. And the maintanence is always on the ball when it comes to orders. If you want to live somewhere where you get treated fairly and are looked at as a person, then choose Middletowne Apartments. You won't regret it.
My daughters and I have lived at Middletowne apartments for a year now and we love it! The manager and maintenance team are amazing. Monica is always available and helpful and maintenance issues get taken care of quickly. We love the pool and the fitness center. The location is also ideal for us as it is close to the high school.
I have lived here for a year now and love it. Monica and Ben are awesome at what they do and Monica is always finding new things to add to make living here fun. Love the Bingo games!! Can't wait for the exercise room. Love the pool. Quiet place to live.
Me and my small family just moved here in April but the management and maintenance quickly made us feel right at home, maintenance are quick to fix any issues both big and small and Monica in the office is always so helpful and all around really upbeat. Thanks Ben ( and other maintenance guy who I can't remember your name right now sorry)and Monica for all the hard work.
LOVE LOVE LOVE living here - wonderful management - wonderful maintenance - just all around a great apartment complex to call my home!!!
