Hello! My name is Rebecca R. :) My Fiancé , roommate and I lived in a 2 bedroom apartment for a year and a half. We loved it here Monica was always super sweet and professional. We loved the special contest Monica and the staff set up for the whole apartment complex. Even during the holidays like Christmas and Halloween they would do porch decorating contest and give out prizes. The only reason we left is due to me and fiancé getting ourself are first home. Middletown staff are extremely kind. I love the activities and events they host often. the complex is very clean and pretty. we are very happy here!

I absolutely love my apartment and the management team here! Monica has made the process of moving 5 hours such an easy transition! Definitely recommend to any friends interested in moving to Seguin! Plus they literally have the coolest maintenance guy named Paul there ! Literally no complaints❤️🏻
Lived year for just over a year, and I loved it. Monica is excellent and very communicative, and her team was always helpful and fixed anything that came up quickly. Never heard my neighbors much so noise is not an issue. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a quiet, well kept community and place to call home!
