I have always been very pleased with the care I receive at MFM. Everyone is pleasant, I am always seen in a timely manner, and everyone I speak to is knowledgeable about my issues, including Pam at the checkout desk. Dr. Tramontozzi is excellent and caring, and I love the fact that I can communicate with her through the Patient Portal. I would have no reason to even consider going elsewhere.
I made a same day appointment and Brittany was fantastic. She listened to my concerns and helped me with treatment right away. She also followed up with me to see how things were going, and reached out to me with results right away to ease my mind. I have stayed with Middleton Family Medicine for at least seven years now and have been happy with all of my practitioners. Thank you!
People are nice. Phlebotomist drew blood incorrectly. After sanatizing spot she retouched the area with unsterilized gloved finger then stabbed in quick action b4 I could speak. The patient is potentially infected with numerous things...not to mention MRSA. :( Kudos to practice outside of this small but serious aspect.
