i think this office really cares about all their paitents.i have gotten the best care since i have started to go there.Dr Mann really cares about her patients.
My experiences with Middleton Family Medicine & Dr. Allara have been excellent. Boston excellence in a very convenient location. I highly recommend Dr. Allara & his medical staff.
If you're looking for a doctor's office that will respond to referral requests in a timely manner, look elsewhere. I requested one two weeks ago and despite two follow-up calls am still waiting.
I was there two days ago, sinus and cough. I was diagnosed with the flu and told to rest. I called today and asked to get a script for cough medicine. This should have been given when I was there, apparently MY error. The person on the phone send she would send the request back and if I didn't hear from them or my pharmacy by 4 I should call back. I was napping and they never called me or the pharmacy. Thank you Family medicine. This was poorly handled
I love them. I've never had such wonderful care. Every staff member is so attentive and helpful.
