Can never get hold of someone in the office. I asked for an appointment and was told I had to take a virtual appointment. No one called at the designated time. 45 minutes later I call to find out they forgot about me.

I highly recommend Middleton Family Medicine. We transferred my boys there about two years ago. Micheal Hill is a gem. He is very knowledgeable, great bedside manner, and excellent with teens. Both my boys (one 21, one 15) think he is awesome. I am so impressed by the organization of the office and the kindness of the staff from reception, to assistants, to physicians I highly recommend.

i have gone to this Middleton family medical from the time it opened in the first office. i at one poinr drove an hour to get to my appointments. They're very responsive and are true professionals.
