Recommendedall Doctors and nurses and employees are so kind and pleasant, many tests are available at the office as well as some xrays. It is the ideal practice for just about everything. we ae very pleased with everything about Middleton Family Medicine.
We have been going to Family Med in Middleton for 3 years now. While we love everyone we’ve seen and always are treated with patience and compassion, we regularly see Julie. She is an excellent NP who always makes us feel like she has all the time in the world for us. She always follows through. She feels like and treats us like she’s a member of our family. We love her! Julie the NP was very compassionate and took her time explaining everything. She is a skilled provider and I highly recommend her.
My husband went in today and was seen by Julie the NP. She tested him for strep and the flu. She told him he was negative for strep. Came back and said he was positive flu. He said that his wife had a few questions. She said sorry I need to get out of here so I’m not exposed. She left with no instructions for him and no instructions for the tamiflu and wouldn’t answer his questions. I told him not to leave till she answered his questions. Switched from Harvard near the Peabody mall to MFM. One of the best decisions. The accessibility and the ability for my entire family to use the same practice is useful. I’m not sure about the comments about staff, but when I enter the waiting area I’m welcomed by happy staff. I’m brought into the medical room by a staff member who cares about my visit and my health. I’m then seen by a doctor or np who is joyful and wants to assure that I live a healthy life. People have bad days, I know this. But I have not experienced that... read more
If I could give less than one star I would. Service is just bad, not by all doctors and staff but not enough to not even recommend this office what so ever.
they have been very helpful to me. i would recommend them to anyone.
I had an appointment today 4/11. When I got there to find out the doctor was out and I never received an phone call saying my appointment was cancelled for the day.
