Treeatments are done that are not covered by insurance but you will not be made aware of that until you're checking out and until you receive a bill. Upon checking out we had to pay for a floride treatment then a few weeks later we received a bill for a "medical" screening which we were not made aware of, apparently they feel your thyroid then bill the insurance for it and when it's denied they'll bill you. Great experience! Great staff- as a new patient first time visit I was very pleased with the professionalism, very friendly, and willingness to educate and help with any issues they can. the atmosphere, aesthetics of the office were very comforting. From the walk into the front door to the walk out the overall experience was a great one.
