Me and mi fiancé went by last week & were about to buy a car. When we asked for the CARFAX of the vehicle which supposedly had a clean title, they told us they didn’t have it and that we could get it ourselves. When we asked the guy that was helping us if he could show us how his response was “oh we don’t know how to do that”. My question is how do you not know how to do that when you swear up & down that your vehicles have clean titles? I would not recommend this place and if you do buy a car here make sure u ask for the Carfax or the vehicle history! I was in the process of purchasing a WHITE 2011 TOYOTA 4RUNNER from a sales rep Named Q or that was his nickname I had caught him in a lie when I first ask if this vehicle had any damage or problems he said no it’s in perfect condition and it turns out I had found out it was a TOTAL LOSS DUE TO HAIL DAMAGE, so I called him back and confronted him he then tried to say he knew the whole time and it has been fixe... read more

They base off of credit so if your credit not good they gone ask you for 4000 down it’s always a twist

my honey and I went shopping for a new vehicle... this was our 2nd stop.. the first stop really sucked.. the people didn't seem to want to help us. but we came here and Isabel was very friendly and patient with us... she helped us pick out our new vehicle, 😁 the whole staff was outgoing and I watched how friendly and inviting they were to the other potential customers...
