Love the water but hate the process of getting it! Please update your website and Facebook and Google pages. I just spent an hour to try and refill my bottles and only saw a note on the gate and ran into a young guy who said you were only going to be open Monday and Friday from now on. And you would be closed this Friday. Please communicate this out so that we can plan accordingly! We can't spend all our time chasing water and figuring out when you are open. Excellent customer service. Love the water! However I absolutely hated the fact I spent an hour and a half coming to this facility to refill all of my nine bottles just to find you guys are closed. There’s a sign across the gate saying you’re only open Monday & Friday. But yet on line & on Facebook it say OPEN NOW!!!! I’ll not be returning
We moved to NC two years ago from NY. The one thing I missed was our water.... Until I found Midas Spring Water! I was skeptical about bottled water as most of it is glorified tap water, ((I know, because I worked for a water filtration company many years ago)) and after learning the history of Midas Spring Water and its health benefits, I will never drink any other water ever again!
