We have used this Midas facility for last several years. The work has always been top quality, and management has always stood behind it. We purchased lifetime guarantees on our brake pads from them because of the integrity they demonstrated. This place sucks now! There was a guy that use to work there his name was LEE, while he was there it was a good place to go but since he left I wont go back nor will I send anyone else there. Manager is crooked and will over xharge you and pocket it!!!!!
Never Again – I've had a long relationship with this shop and I can say that they have quite a good con going. The guy at the desk drives your car around the block...hitting the brakes as hard as he can...and then tells you you need 500 dollars or more worth of work. In fact, every time I've been in this shop they have managed to get me for hundreds of dollars. Basically, they want you to think that brakes wear out every year. Trust the Midas Touch – I took my car into Midas for the first time since moving to Nashville. The manager fit me in on a Saturday before they closed. I told him the last time I had my car checked, another person had said I needed my battery replaced even though I've had no trouble starting my car. The manager checked it and took off some corrosion and said I didn't need a new battery yet. What an honest guy, since he could have easily lied and sold me a $50-$100 battery.
