RecommendedI wanted to say thanks to the professional staff at Midas. My vehicle broke down and they had it fixed the same day. My first time at Midas Bowling Green and I will be going back for other services! The counter staff explained things so I could understand them and actually showed me my car and what was wrong. Thanks again!
I’m new to the area, and my car broke down. Midas happened to be the nearest shop to me so I took a chance. I’m more than pleased with the professionalism and honesty they displayed to me. Being a woman and single mother, it would be easy for someone to take advantage, but that is not what I experienced. I will continue to take my vehicles there for many years to come. Thank you To ”Wrench” and all the other fellas that helped me out that day!
My daughter in law ought a used car took it there for a 4 wheel alignment and she was given a laundry list of things to be fixed and was told she needs to park it. I called the car lot That sold her the vehicle and was told to get a second opinion that Midas is known for doing this. We got two second opinions and most but not all of the things on the list were false. I’m hoping to get a call from the owner as a result of this post this shouldn’t happen
I had my car to Midas getting routine oil change, it was hit by another vehicle while there , and then the young man moving it out of bay, backed into someone. Bad day for my car! However, they were all open and honest about it, admitted the wrong, are fixing my car, and my oil change was at no charge. It could've very easily had gone the other way. Thanks Tony and staff!!!!
