My son took my truck to get brakes fixed, he came away with a bogus list of repairs totaling over a $1000.00 I took it to my regular mechanic repairs cost $300 they seen an opportunity to take advantage of a teenage boy. Very disappointed
RecommendedThese guys are awesome. They helped me with my car repairs and have always been kind and generous. I feel like I'm treated like family when I go in there. I honestly wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Keep up the great work guys. These guys have been a blessing to me. Thank you Midas for everything! You saved us from a potentially bad wreck in our new car we bought. They fixed us up to make it home to family out of state after we were ripped off from big boy auto in Russellville! Great service and some of the nicest people I have ever met and we can’t thank you enough. 😊
I had my oil changed and tires rotated on December 27th. went back today for the same thing they said they couldn't rotate my tires because one of the lug nuts is cross-threaded. I said well you all were the last ones to do it. They said we have no record of you being here before. I don't have my original receipt. All I have is where I paid them in my bank account in December. What I think is funny is they find everything wrong with your car when its there and want you to fix it right then. We took our truck there last week ( 7 days ago). They gave a good inspection on everything when we got our oil changed and tire rotation but our brakes just went out! With our children in the truck and I’m 9 months pregnant! Why would they tell me everything is good when it wasn’t? I wouldn’t recommend this Midas to anyone! They put my children’s lives in danger!
