Absolutely untrustworthy. We had a timing belt break in our PT, and they ended up trying to charge us for everything under the sun. And wouldn’t admit to it only needing a timing belt. After a crazy quote of $2,600. We got it fixed somewhere else for $930. Not impressed with their service at all. You should not trust anything they say.
These guys are crooks...they priced a set of tires for 1200 dollars...They buy a lot of their tires from discount tires and mark the price way up!!!Long story short...I bought the same exact tires from Walmart and saved 648.00...not sure how they get away with this.Dont believe me?Research it for yourself!!!
The policy that allows you charge people without providing any solution is a bad policy that seriously needs to be reviewed
RecommendedBrought an air tank in today to get it filled because I was having trouble at the gas station. offered to pay for the quick service and they refused and just took the air tank back and filled it up for me. great customer service, super friendly and polite, and absolutely love the dog they have there :-) I will definitely be taking my car there when it needs some work.
Thanks to the Midas team for getting my vehicle in last Saturday and repairing my brakes. Great service! Able to get home safely.
Trying to charge me over $106 for a code diagnosis! They lost all my business, money hungry savages they are.
Love that shop dog! They did some custom work for a Racing Go Kart project we have going that will be posted soon on our "MacGyvers Workshop" YouTube channel. I was only able to give them a design specification since I couldn't just bring them the whole kart. His "Pipe guy" did a great job! It's really difficult to put a tight bend in 2 1/2 inch pipe. Financed 800 dollars of useless work that didn’t fix the real problem only to have them come back and admit they missed what was really wrong. They hit me with a 2,600.00 dollar quote on the “real problem”and a pat on the back for playing. I was shown the door without so much as an apology for wasting 800.00 dollars of my hard earned money for nothing.
