The staff is all very friendly and Dr. Laska has a great bedside manner. Ive always had a pleasant time under their care.
Parking is non-applicable for me. Office is centrally and conveniently located. Facilities are bustling. Office is usually busy. Seldom not placed on hold when telephoning. Business appears to be doing quite well. Rates in comparison to other offices unknown. Staff is pleasant.
The cleaning was standard and fine. I was pleased that they replaced my broken amalgam filling (from a different dentist) with a white composite filling. The dentist was very kind and even suggested I listen to my iPod because I was very nervous and was having a difficult time getting numb. The office was clean and efficient and I did not experience any issues with billing or paperwork. Everything was good.
I've been going to Dr. Laska's practice for years. Many trusted friends have recommended other dentists to me, but the atmosphere, service and prices at Mid Wilshire Dental are so good that there is no real reason to go anywhere else. My hygenist is very thorough and honest, and he has coached me on my daily hygene to the point that I actually floss everyday. Was taken in quickly and the whole process was simple.
Dr. Laska's group was the third dental organization I'd been to since moving to LA from out-of-state. At the previous two dentists, I felt rushed and the fillings they gave me felt strange. Dr. Laska's group is very professional, friendly (to me and to each other) and made me feel confident about getting some much-needed work done on my teeth. Thus far I am very happy with the results!

I was able to get fitted for new flipper as my dog had chewed my old one, now I am caught in not being able to pay for new flipper because I lost my job in January, plus aI have to pay for a top flipper I ordered but immediately said I did not want the next day. One day I will pay for it when I can, meanwhile, I have a half torn flipper to wear holding with poligrip until I can afford to pay for what I ordered.
