Pathetic Ownership. This company runs SPRING AIRE APARTMENTS which are owned by a senile old man, who still lives in 1963 in his mind. Oh, and when you decide to move out of this GHETTO, you can forget getting your SECURITY DEPOSIT back. They will make up reasons not to Refund your Deposit, even though you left your Apartment CLEANER than it was when you moved in. Worst decision I ever made was moving to this place run by MID SOUTH PROPERTIES!!
