To start, this place shouldn't even be a pediatric clinic because the nurses and the doctors aren't friendly with the children nor the parents at all. This pediatric clinic looks really old and unwelcoming inside plus they try to force parents consent to give children extra shots. Overall, I recommend parents to continue looking for better pediatric clinics until you find the right one.
Five stars because we love most doctors here but does anyone know the name of the woman who answers the phone when you call for a sick appointment?
With three children under the age of 8, I feel like I live at Mid-Jersey Peds! We have seen a majority of the physicians and they are all excellent. The nursing and front desk staff are equally wonderful and go out of their way to help you. For our first child we used another group before we heard of Mid-Jersey and we are so glad we switched. Going to the doc is never fun, but at least I know we are getting the best care around!
I have to agree with other reviews, staff is very rude or should I say the woman who makes appointments, every time I call either for a sick or well visit I feel like she's doing me a favor. My daughter likes the doctors here but here but if I have to keep dealing with this woman I may change, just too much.
I read the other reviews and can see how the front desk can be a bit of a turn of but you just have to know how to speak and stand up for yourself. In light of that, I was fit in for a sick visit (our 1st time to the office), printed my forms and filled out ahead of time, and dropped the medical records off when I went to tour.
