The staff made a mistake booking my son's appointment then made me feel awful as if it were my fault the appointment was booked on. A holiday. After running from office to office since I was also told to go to the wrong office I was confronted with Dr. Shulman who was very rude and un apologetic. A little understanding and accountability for the mistake would have been greatly appreciated. I've been using these doctors for about 4 years since we moved to NJ. Never had an issue until today. They call me an HOUR before my daughter's appointment to let me know they no longer take my insurance. They literally called 2 days ago to confirm my appt AND I was just in a few weeks when my daughter was sick. I am so aggravated. Would NOT recommend.

I love Dr. Sung and Dr. Booker but the front staff are rude. I was told that I needed to bring my daughter in. I told the nurse that my MIL would call back to make appt. When she called, she was told that she needed a diagnosible condition so that she did not take away from other patients!! Very disappointing. All she needed to do was read her chart. 6 mo old vomitting on and off since Sunday!! Hmm no reason for concern there!!

I love Dr Cederbaum but the woman answering the phone for appointments has a huge attitude problem. She pretty much hung up on me when I tried to make a well visit appointment. I was told in July to call in August, now it's September. I thought appointments opened up 6 months in advance.

I have never had a problem with staff being rude like others have said. Each and every time I have been to the office my appointment time has always been my appointment time; I have never had to wait. I drive almost a half hour away just to come here for my sons because the doctors and staff are just that great.
