I went in to get my ear flushed..I sat for an hour IN THE EXAM ROOM without being checked on and watching people go into other rooms and also watching those same people leave and still hadn't seen anyone since I was brought in...finally had enough and walked out after over an hour of being ignored!!!
We are very fortunate to have this wonderful clinic close to us. Always easy to get into see a PA. Everyone is very courteous and welcoming.
Much better then mid coast hospital ER. Went to the walk in and received great customer service... However I ended up needing to be seen by the ER. Mid coast ER was rude and looked at me saying... There is no way we can tell you what the exact cause was but we can run a bunch of tests which still will not tell us the exact cause... Kinda of disappointing when you bring your child there for strep throats and they don't give him the correct dose of medicine he needs. So after calling his normal Doctor I had to go pick up another prescription of the same thing but the correct dose. I love having to pay for 2 scripts of antibiotics cause the dr he saw there didn't do it right the first time. So now another 5 days of meds and another co pay when it really should have been done correctly the first time.
Excellent Health Care Facility. Dr. Kaplan is extraordinary.
Went there last week for a rash on my legs was given no diagnosis and was told by Amanda that if the issue continued " not to come back" because they didn't know what was going on. I felt I was treated rudely.
Long waits but great, friendly service. Business hours give plenty of opportunity to walk in if necessary.
