They are terrible, don’t keep word. Don’t buy nothing from them or heb auto.
I would not recommend this place and if you do buy a car here make sure u ask for the Carfax or the vehicle history! i think they should be closed down for selling lemons to their customers and not fixing the vehicle that they said they would fix. my car was over the oil change by 1000 miles ,the right front tire was flat, it needed a alignment still needs one,one of the head lights dont work, the convertible top dont go down, the break light on the console stays on after an attempt to clear it, found 10 additional codes on the vehicle that would make the vehicle fail the state inspection, how it got one is beyond me unless they paid off t... read more
went up there was told $500 down, got the car then was told another 500 the next week. went up there to sign a " warranty paper" and then was told my check stubs weren't accepted by the bank, I had proof on my taxes of them I could show and my boss said he could show bank statements monday. regardless they took the keys and left me, my friend and 1 year old stranded in fort worth, and told me monday I could get it back when I get the bank statements. didn't care we were stuck with no ride, didn't refund my down payment.
