A fantastic full-service job—highly recommended! When my porch overhang was infested with squirrels, they arrived quickly, were very efficient and humane setting up their traps, and returned as scheduled for trap removal as well as to apply material preventing further infestations. Very happy with the result.
Mid Atlantic wildlife control came to our house today because we found a snake. The owner, John, stayed at my house for over an hour assessing the situation and gave me his honest opinion on what we needed to do. He do not try to up sell us on anything. And he caught the snake! I would absolutely recommend this company to EVERYONE I know. They were honest and got the job done!
Mid-Atlantic Wildlife Control was great. I called them at 6:30 on Monday evening to tell them I thought we had squirrels in our attic and they were there the next morning to deal with them. Our situation was complicated because the squirrels had made a nest under our solar panels and chewed a hole through the roof into the attic. John was amazing. From start to finish some of the best customer service and job performance I have experienced since moving to Annapolis. John's customer service and management of service and Matt's expertise on site were second to none. I had called another local business and was stood up on first appointment and second appointment was to tell me in person it would take over a week to send someone out to help. John arranged for Matt to show up in less than two hours and expertly explained and completed the job. Thanks for everything!
I can't say enough about the excellent service I received from Mid-Atlantic Wildlife Control. From the initial phone call in to the immediate arrival of the workers, Joe and Shane, everything was handled in the most professional way and these guys know what they are doing!! Very knowledgeable and they put my mind at ease and remedied the situation quickly and effectively. I would highly recommend this company for anyone needing these services!
John was AMAZING. We were in a terrible situation of finding a 7 foot snake skin during a home inspection. Long story short, we were forced to buy the house. John stayed lock-in-step with us on sealing up our home, setting traps, following up, and helping out even after closing out our contract. He is kind, professional, extremely knowledgeable and genuinely cares about helping you. Sure wish the world had more people like him.
