This has to be one of the most honest businesses I’ve come by in a while. I called John because of a groundhog burrowing under my steps. He came by and told me what was happening and why I didn’t need his services because he would be wasting my money. He told me what to do and told me to call him if it didn’t help and he would come back out. I tried to pay for his trip but he refused. Businesses like this m, built on trust, are what we need more of.
You guys were great! i can't believe I waited so long to have the birds removed from my shutters and barriers put up. You cannot even tell the difference. Highly recommend your work to anyone.
I recently had a bat fly into our home in the middle of the night, and John was quite literally a life-saver. He got in touch with us (on a weekend no less) and walked me through the process for taking the dead bat to the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture in Harrisburg to get tested for Rabies free-of-charge. I know the odds for an animal being positive for rabies is very small, and it feels like a hassle but this little guy did in fact have the virus.
