I attend the Park Heights location and there's never an issue. Upon arrival, I'm always taken right to the back for treatment;the most I've ever waited was about 7mins tops if that. The staff is friendly and they ALWAYS help accommodate with my busy work schedule. I would definitely recommend them to anyone seeking their specialty.
