I have been going to Mid Alantic spinal rehab since my accident on Father's Day. In the beginning, like many people, I actually dread it physical therapy. However after meeting Dr. Anna and the rest of her wonderful staff, it actually became something I looked forward to during the week. However it is sad to say that today is my last day with them and I would like to sing their praises.
