A friend of mine went there and also to their other location in Philadelphia. Both Opthalmologists seemed only interested in surgery and were unable to answer some of her important questions concerning visual acuity. Was Wills taken over by a private equity company? They are not the same. Not worth the trip. Use your local Ophthalmologists .

My wife had a scheduled appointment for 7:45am. We we arrived she was told that they had called to reschedule, no phone call or text saying they changed the appointment. At first they could not fit her in, after asking them again, they said 12:15. Our whole day wasted because of their incompetence. No apologies or anything. If she didn't need the procedure, we would have left. If I could give them a 0, I would.
Very busy...but efficient and quick.
