Took my mother in law there for eye care. She’s 88 and in a wheelchair. The staff kept asking if she can transfer into a chair and looked bothered when I said no. Waited 2 hours to be seen. Although I don’t mind waiting for excellent care, the staff was very unprofessional by voicing there opinions about “ getting the next patient “ and saying “ who wants this one” also, one girl was very aggressive with an older man because he apparently wasn’t doing his tests the way she asked and she huffed down the hallway asking another... read more

This place was easily the worst medical experience that I have ever had. You know when most of the front office staff ignores you except for the one that barks, “Name!” that you are in for a singular experience. The doctor was fine and certainly the highlight of the visit. But even he was somewhat brusque. To say that the lion’s share of the rest of the staff was surly would be an understatement. I was fitted in as an emergency at the end of the day and was not rushed by anyone at the office. All my husband’s and my questions were answered to our satisfaction by all staff members, not just by Dr. Patel. They all went out of their way to get me seen, tested and scheduled for surgery the next morning!
