You have to tell the staff at the front a joke with the support staff, nurses etc. To get him laughing then they start talking and then you have a good day with them. But the star here is Dr. Chang who's been treating me personally for a few months now with eye injections. This guy works so hard. You feel bad no matter how hard you work in your own life because he makes you look bad and feel bad cuz he's smarter than you cuz it makes more the money than you and does more than you in an hour than you do in a week. Great staff,Back and front. Check in and out, on point. And appointments move , no real wait time.
When I took my son there for the first time I was not impressed! The doctor was barely in the room for 5 mins and told us there is nothing to tell you that's new about his condition (retinitis pigmentosa). He didn't do any exam on him and when we asked about him driving he made it sound like my son was blind and could only see about the size of a pinhole. He still has most of his vision and functions normally and Dr Cohen wrote him off as blind cause of his condition! Horrible experience for us!
Great doctors and staff
Worst possible experience. I have yet to see a less than a 2 hour wait time. Constantly overbooking. I walked out of the last appointment. I couldn’t even find a seat. So you’re forced to sit in the lobby next to the elevators. Unacceptable. An emergency visit to their center city office last year resulted in a 9 hour wait. Incredible. And, let’s not forget about the horrid parking conditions in Lansdale. Their parking lot has been under renovations for three years. It never ends.
