When I took my son there for the first time I was not impressed! The doctor was barely in the room for 5 mins and told us there is nothing to tell you that's new about his condition (retinitis pigmentosa). He didn't do any exam on him and when we asked about him driving he made it sound like my son was blind and could only see about the size of a pinhole. He still has most of his vision and functions normally and Dr Cohen wrote him off as blind cause of his condition! Horrible experience for us!

Worst possible experience. I have yet to see a less than a 2 hour wait time. Constantly overbooking. I walked out of the last appointment. I couldn’t even find a seat. So you’re forced to sit in the lobby next to the elevators. Unacceptable. An emergency visit to their center city office last year resulted in a 9 hour wait. Incredible. And, let’s not forget about the horrid parking conditions in Lansdale. Their parking lot has been under renovations for three years. It never ends. Spoke to Veronica at the front desk who was not helpful. She treated me as if I wasn’t a concern because my issue wasn’t “urgent”. All I asked is when can I expect a callback so I can schedule an appointment? Felt like I wasn’t a priority. Will be seeing someone with more professionalism.
