I was fitted in as an emergency at the end of the day and was not rushed by anyone at the office. All my husband’s and my questions were answered to our satisfaction by all staff members, not just by Dr. Patel. They all went out of their way to get me seen, tested and scheduled for surgery the next morning! I am a nonemergency, medical transport driver. I take people to all different kinds of offices and deal with the front office staff all the time. This is the second time I have been to this office. I have never encountered such rudeness in any other office I’ve been to and it was two different receptionist who were rude, not just one particular person. I have found this type of atmosphere comes from the top down, so I wonder what’s going on in this office.
