I went for my appointment and had to wait 40 minutes to be seen even though there were only 3 people in the waiting room. Thankfully I had an early appointment. They told me I had to prepay even though I have great insurance. I asked what if my insurance covers more than they think and they told me it would be refunded in one to two days. The whole appointment was 20 minutes yet they charge you for an hour. It took 2 weeks to get my money refunded. Skip this place at all costs. I have never encountered a more rude, incompetent and frankly nasty medical office staff in my life. If I could give them 0 stars I would. The check in staff only cares about over charging your credit card the second you walk in. In my case, they charged my card over $500.00. Based on my insurance, I should have only been charged $400.00. When I questioned them about the over charge I was told it would take 3-4 weeks to receive my credit. What a scam.
