I cannot say enough about the people that work here. I am and elderly widowed lady that cannot get around as easily as I could in my younger years. My dear friend Martin T recommended that I call. They offered to come to my home free and take my computer to their shop. I was reluctant that it would take a long time. Excellent IT Support in San Diego – Our company has used MicroMobile on several occasions, even though we have an excellent IT staff, Occasionally we'll get hit with problems that are just to difficult to resolve quickly. We always ask for Frank when we need support. He has never failed us. I cannot say enough about Frank and his expertise. He simply knows how to tackle our most difficult network problems.We have referred MicroMobile to other colleagues equally satisfied.

They're GGGGRRRRRREEEEEAAAAAATTTTT! – I was going to throw away my DV9000 since I dropped it and cracked the screen. Went on Ebay, found a screen took a chance brought it to Micromobil and they charged 39.00 to install. Luckily that was all that broke on my laptop. Got it back the same day too. Def. Recommend!

Refreshing Service Experience !!! – First off...I called 4 or 5 other places before deciding on this one. Most were answering machines or voice mail. I needed to talk to someone about my notebook problem. Got through to a friendly lady who assured me they would be able to fix my problem (She believed I had caught a nasty bug virus). I decided to have a technician come out to my office and do the work here. Very pleased with their PS3 repair. – As the parent of a 15 year old boy, I am keenly aware of his trans-fixation with the mysterious black box that allows me my little bit of freedom. Namely the Playstation 3. Thanks to these wonderful people, I have my little bit of freedom back and my son is happy. That makes momma happy. Thank you for fixing it so quickly. I do so appreciate it! 5 stars for this business.

Quickly fixed my Alienware Gaming Notebook!!! – Ok so I brought my Alienware notebook in reluctantly, but needed if fixed. Reluctantly, because I go thru withdrawals when I can't game :-(- The symptoms were 1. Not starting into Windows 7 and 2. Very loud fans The girl at the counter was calming and reassured that they would get to it quickly. So I left my AW and took family to Lego-land An hour and a half later a tech calls with diagnostics. He tells me that the fans are actually fine - just needed to be cleaned. Good news. ... read more

Fixed my Dell Laptop for 79 – My screen was practically falling off of my Inspiron. I didn't think it was fixable. They fixed it same day for 79.00. Works like new - they replaced the "y" key on my keyboard too. If I ever have to use computer repair again I'll go back!
