The most incompetent business I have ever worked with. I scheduled an appointment to have a water sample drawn. I told them how much of a rush I was in (it was for a home sale) and gave them credit card info, address etc. The scheduled date came and never heard from anyone. I called their office and they assured me someone would be there no later than 1pm. Nobody showed. I called several more times and was finally able to get the field tech's cell number.
