I have a 2012 Lexus RX Hybrid that would not start - illuminated all dash warning lights. Was going to go to Toyota dealer but couldn't get through on phone Monday morning so a friend went to dealership - dealership closed until Thursday. Friend went to Mick Reed's, and though Mick was very busy and was alone in the shop, he stopped what he was doing to talk to my friend.
