I wanted to leave a balanced review because my experience with Michlawn has been a mix of positives and frustrations. Initially, I was very impressed with their communication and responsiveness. Mike and his team were easy to work with and kept us informed throughout the process. We paid over $2000 for them to install a berm and plant 3 trees in the berm. They did not remove the sod after they said they would. When they planted the trees they didn’t unwrap the root ball at all and they started dying very quickly. We didn’t realize that they didn’t plant the trees properly until weeks after. When we contacted asking for remedies they won’t respond. Multiple emails and phone calls, no solution. I would not recommend them for anything.
