NON AFFILIATED / CHARGES DOUBLE: I went in for a routine visit, and all they did was took vitals, asked a couple questions and prescribed me an antibiotic. I was charged double for having insurance vs being a "self-pay" patient. This facility is also not affiliated with Providence Hospital in which the Medical building they are located inside of. Great care! Everyone is very nice
Terrible service. Brought my 2 year old in because he had hurt him arm. When I checked in the women said she would have to see if the doctor could see him based on her comfort level. In an urgent situation there should be a doctor who is willing to care for all types of matters. The doctor said he was fine after the X-ray and sent him home after giving Motrin. Turns out he has nurses maid elbow. She quickly touched him arm and didn’t try and put it back in the socket. Very disappointed that my son had to suffer because of th... read more
