RecommendedI went to Urgent Care on 7 mile in Livonia and I had the best experience here. Excellent staff!!!!! Very professional, all of my encounters with all the staff were awesome. Jessica at the front desk directed me to the facility and made sure I didn’t get lost since I’m not from Michigan. I have nothing but good things to say about all the staff. I would highly recommend Michigan Urgent Care. I have had to take my kids there during the weekdays and have had great experience with Dr. D’Angelo. He is very kind and very patient and has very good bedside manner’s. This time I had to take my kids there on a Sunday. Their experience there was just as good or if not better. The young lady at the front desk, Tinae was very kind and very sweet. She was very easy to talk to and she was sympathetic. Ikisha and Tina were very nice and helpful! They answered all my questions.
We went in today and found out my son had a broken leg. Everyone was so very nice--the women at the front desk were so kind and compassionate. Once we got inside, Dr. Webster was awesome, so reassuring and helpful. The x-ray techs were great too. The staff helped make a crappy situation less crappy.
great people at the front desk, great people that take you back into the urgent care, got my covid test done and it was painless both the nose swab and the blood drawn, Ikisha and everyone here did a great job and were extremely nice and helpful
