Dr. Scott Diamond did my 1st Total Biontic Knee Replacement on Dec 2024. It went great. I was off my pain meds very quickly. PT went well they said I did great. I was able to schedule my 2nd Total Biontic after my post op appt. My 2nd Total Biontic Knee Replacement was May 8th. It was even better than the 1st one, off pain meds in 29 days. I've been a patient of Dr Brady Vibert's since 2012. He's performed 3 surgeries on my spine. They have all been very successful. Dr Vibert is terrific with a great bed-side manner, Brandon M too. The staff here is great, especially Abby. She was incredibly helpful during my last 2 procedures.
Did the e-check in, showed up 15 minutes early, was given 10 pages of paperwork to fill out, then waited 2 hours to talk with the doctor for less than 5 minutes. Cannot recommend.
Material doctors who try to pressure you into getting surgery/ injections as if it's the only option. Barely answer the phone. Do not come here for reliable paperwork. I sent my paper work in from my job on May 12th so they could fill it out and fax it to Hartford so I could get disability. Turns of they saw my email and didn't do anything with it despite just getting off the phone with them for almost a whole month. Now my job has denied my claim for work restrictions.
Very unprofessional, lazy, and rude workers here. I was running about 15 minutes late and called to let the office know I’d be late and they said no problem. When I arrived they said the doctor couldn’t see me because I only had a 15 minute window and I was late 20 minutes. The lady walked away briefly and pretended to go ask the doctor if he could still see me. She literally walked around the corner and came right back and said that I need to reschedule. Won’t recommend this place to anybody and I won’t be back.
