Best drs ever’
After completing both an ultrasound and MRI, Dr. John did not know the correct surgical site(s), nor did he know the correct number of biopsies to perform. I was alarmed that I had to spend the majority of the presurgical appointment showing him the correct sites that had already been confirmed multiple times. I can only assume that he did not review the results of any of the testing that I had done. Dr is great. PA is great. Receptionist needs to slow down, and to realizing that if you do indeed have to slow down for then to understand you, it isn't necessary to then also be condescending to that person. The rushing me, quasi-hostility when I asked her slow down, and then being condescending like I'm the problem was wholly unnecessary, maybe even inappropriate.
I am very pleased with the physicians and the staff at MOASS. The staff is wonderful, very friendly and professional. I had lower lumbar laminectomy with Dr. Vibert in 2023 and it was successful. You can barely tell where I had surgery. He was very kind, and honest about my condition. He wasn't very talkative, but he was attentive. He even gave me his cell number in case I had any questions ot emergencies.
