Dismissive, nonchalant regarding patients health! And the wait time to be seen by her after you’ve sat in the patient room for 30 minutes is ridiculous! What happened to the doctors that cared and want to help you get better?!
At First she was really sweet, came in and talked to my daughter, ordered her an ultra sound to check her kidneys. Then didn’t want to give us the results over the phone because she wanted us to come back so she can just tell us everything is good why because she wanted to charge the insurance and myself for a pointless appointment. Then, when my daughter called her out on it, she said no worries I won’t charge you for this visit and now I received a bill stating if I don’t pay it, it will be sent to collections. I waited two hours to be seen and eventually had to leave because there was no promise of when the doctor was coming to me. I was told this is a specialist office so I should expect delays- 2 hours is beyond unreasonable to be behind. I am so upset I wasted my day and my time (and babysitter money!!) at this doctors office.
