All records of my sleep study is gone.I was unable to sleep because the guy who hooked me up for the sleep study kept on waking me up 3 times to fix the system . Plus I was cold and he didn't help me to get warm. Being that I didn't sleep a proper reading was not done.I believe that I'm entitled to have the Test done again at no charge.

The initial appointment and sleep study went very well. After going to the sleep study I tried to obtain my prescription for a sleep apnea machine. The lady at the counter was very rude and unhelpful and resisted giving me my prescription. It took me about 30 days to finally get her to give it to me. She tried to force me to use the company that they used to provide me a sleep apnea machine which would’ve been at a cost of over $3600. I told her I could buy the same machine online for $900. Great experience! Clean facility, professional staff, state of the art equipment & QUIET. My first encounter down this path was with my board certified Sleep Medicine physician Bradley Rowens who explained about the different levels/types of sleep testing. I also did some of my own research including Mayo Clinic's sleep study & sleep apnea information . I also spoke with a couple of friends who used used hospital based sleep labs. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY! I am a 69 year old woman who was sent here for a sleep study for the first time. The facilities were FILTHY, drab, dank and claustrophobic, with no air circulation except for a dirty and dusty table fan. The fabric chairs were stained all over, appeared very dirty, and were covered with hair. There was thick dust on the carpet (Why would there be carpet in a hospital anyway??) under the bed, with an old cookie under there, too! There was a dead bug on the bathroom floor, and hair on the shower wall.... read more
