My Mom was referred to Dr Schock in February. She scheduled an appointment on 3/4/26 which was cancelled due to the doctor having an emergency. She could not get another appointment scheduled until 4/23/26. Her appointment was scheduled for 10:30 at which we arrived 10 minutes early. She was not put in a room until 10:50. Dr. Schock establishes rapport with his new patients very well. He is a compassionate and thorough professional. He is responsive to your fears or concerns. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
All employees so nice and warm. Dr Rosen put me at ease and is easy to talk to.
Absolutely the worst reception I've ever encountered. Person behind the counter greeted me with, "Sup bro". Once I completed onboarding on their tablet, I brought it back up to the counter and the kid just stared at me. Upon checkout, the receptionist made a mistake and didnt collect my payment. She proceeded to call me and try to blame me for the mistake saying I signed a sheet saying I was paying out of pocket. I figured I was just getting billed.
