As a former patient I wasn’t impressed with the staff and care received here. However, my parent needed to be seen upon discharge from a hospital stay and this practice was the only one we could get them scheduled at prior to having a procedure done. We did everything online for registering and showed up for the appointment. The receptionist was as far as we got before leaving due to her complete disrespect and lack of compassion. I LOVE THIS PLACE..THEY REALLY CARE!
I’m so over this place went and saw my doctor to get my results for my MRI which was in November and my doctor recommended me to see neurologist doctor said he was gone referral me to one never got a call from any neurologist . Called the office back 3 weeks later the lady told me that doctor never finished my chart nor did he put in a referral. It’s been another 2 weeks again still the same answer (i guess to the referral line because you can never talk to someone who actually in the office) she said she gone give my number... read more
