My daughter has been seeing Dr.Gilmer since 2007. She removed a benign brain tumor and had to give her a magnetic shunt at the age of 14. My daughter is now 25 and we still continue to see Dr. Gilmer for follow up MRI’s which she will need for the rest of her life. I believe she saved my daughters life that night in 2007 and continues to treat her with love and respect. She is very professional and calming. Dr. Tong and the staff at the Meadowbrook Medical Center in Novi have been most helpful in resolving my husband's back issues. The staff has been courteous and very efficient. There was no waiting and no mix-ups in scheduling that we had to deal with at the Beaumont Hospital Royal Office office. Dr. Tong was very thorough, professional, and knowledgeable, He offered my husband 3 options for treatments. My husband tried the first option, and it has given him relief and hope. We highly recommend Dr. Tong!!
I have been here over 2 hours to see Dr. Glisky. No one can tell me anything about my appointment status or how much longer it will be. Alex, the medical assistant COULD NOT BE Any ruder or inefficient. - I'm not a rocket scientist, but I know that you don't take blood pressure through a leather jacket. And the front desk girls completely blew me off.

I had a terrible experience at the royal oak beaumont office. I had to wait 2 hours to be seen with a cranky 5 month old. Once the doctor came in she never apologized for the wait and only saw me for 5 minutes. During that 5 minutes she insulted me when I asked if there were any other options to her diagnosis. There were no follow up instructions given then she completely ignored me until I asked her if I could leave. I would NEVER recommend this practice to anyone needing help. As of right now, I have to give them a rating of "Good" and hope that I can change that to a 5 star but I am frustrated trying to get this minor out-patient surgery on the calendar & completed. I waited 5 months to see the doctor, waited 2.5 hours to see him the day of the appointment & he agreed that the spinal cord stimulator needed to come out. Dr. Veyna stated the surgical nurse (Barb) would call me within 3 business days and it has been over 12. I sincerely hope I can get placed on his schedule soon so that my other doc... read more
I can't thank Dr. Nida enough for making me feel like myself again!! We first met in March and he recommended a microdiscectomy (L5/S1) I delayed due to summer plans and now that I am two weeks post op and so happy I really wish I would have made the time sooner! Excellent surgeon and very friendly to boot!
