I would strongly advise against anyone making an appointment at this facility. Here is my experience with their Dr. Freydl there. Everything is set for an epidural, insurance good, appointment scheduled, instructions gone over, the only thing that didn't happen was a call to schedule the time for the appointment. I get told they will call a day or two prior with the arrival time. This call never occurs. I had an appointment there for injection by doctor Karl Freydl, Dr Karl and The anesthesia Doctor and the staff are amazing, Best service very professional very caring
