I met with Dr Jacob today for upcoming surgery for an acoustic neuroma which will be performed by him and Dr. Dennis Bojrab, a neurotologist. I have been nervous about the surgery but after meeting with Dr Jacob he explained the procedure and what to expect in my recovery phase and I left there feeling more at ease. He was pleasant patient, took his time with me and answered questions that I had.
Been sitting in the waiting room for over a hour and a half waiting on our first appointment. Staff at the office is rude and unorganized . Definitely recommend having a whole day cleared for your appointment!! If we were late we would not be seen and if we leave they are a month out!! Hopefully Dr Jacob is not who he works with!!!
Gave clear explanation of the type of non cancerous tumor mom has. Spent a lot of time answering our questions. Thank you for explaining everything and helping us to be at peace.
Dr. Jacob is an exceptional neurosurgeon to whom my family owes an immeasurable debt of gratitude. He recently performed surgery on my mother to remove a meningioma.
