When patients are in pain and dying from a tooth infection. The person working the phones can do their damn jobs. You make the calls and fill the prescriptions. Not the damn patients. Stop being lazy and do the job you are paid for
Absolutely wonderful experience with the new team here. I came in under an emergency visit with no dental insurance. They got me in right away, set me up quickly and took out a bad tooth painlessly. Explained every step of the process thoroughly. The new team enjoy their work and enjoy their coworkers. I was a patient at the Hart office on February fifth 2026 I had all my bottom teeth extracted to prepare for dentures. I am 74 years old and have always been terrified of dentist I had the most amazing, thoughtful,gentle care from both dentist and staff. I had such a great experience with my teeth cleaning! Carrie was absolutely amazing—so gentle, thorough, and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. She explained everything clearly and really took her time, which I appreciated so much. My teeth feel incredibly clean, and it was honestly one of the best cleanings I’ve had. Highly recommend!
