During the winter several yrs ago I lost my remote and had no other way to enter the garage. They came right out and managed to get into the garage and get it open. They then installed a lock mechanism that allowed me entrance if the power was out. Very reasonably priced!
I had a great experience today! The serviceman called on the way to the house so I could meet him there, missing as little of work as possible. Extremely professional, and efficient. I was back to work in an hour! I will definitely be calling again, when it comes time for replacement of our current system.
