On the 2nd of Febuary, I awoke to tons of snow & ice cold temps. What made it even worse is, my furnace was'nt working. After spending hours on the phone to ALL of the heating & cooling contractors in the city & surrounding areas, getting turned down numerous times because of the weather and them telling me what the problems were & that they could'nt get the parts on this day because everyone was closed, I called this company & Cheryl (the owner) answered.
