I have been coming to Michigan Avenue Dental Associates for the last 4 years. The location of this office is very convenient for me. The service that I have received from this office has been excellent. The front desk staff has always been very friendly and helpful. My dental experience at Michigan Avenue Dental Associates with Dr. Douglas James was great. The staff was very friendly and welcoming as well. I would recommend Michigan Avenue Dental Associates to all my friends and family for their dental care.
I have to write a mixed review about this location. The Dr. was great and I felt that the service was great. The mix review comes from the CSR. I received a bill from the so I called my insurance and my insurance tells me that they would pay the full bill but MADA has to bill my health insurance first. So I call and inform Linda of that but she gets a little attitude about it and tells me to email my health insurance cards. SO I DO.. I don't hear from them again for about a month then I get a call from Shanta I believe not 1... read more
