best office in Loop! – I have been a patient at Michigan Avenue Dental Associates for many years and have always been very pleased with my care. Dr James always provides me Top quality care and if I have ever had an issue it was addressed immediately and to my satisfaction. GREAT OFFICE! – I have been a patient at Michigan Avenue Dental for 8 years and have nothing but praise for the staff, Linda, Joyce, Kiki, Shanta, Terry and Megan. They make me feel special every time I come to the office for cleanings. The dentist I have been seeing, Dr. James explains all work that he will be doing. I also know what I will be paying out of pocket at each visit. Kudos to everyone.
Great Dental Office with A Great Location – I am new to downtown and had to go in search of new Dentist after I had been going to the same dentist for most of my Life. I do recommend this office. – Thank you everyone for giving me such a great smile. My girl friend loves it. My parents love it too and I have referred them all to the office. It took a long time to get it to look great; crowns and fillings and root canal and gum work all went better than I thought. My HMO didn't cover anywhere near what I thought they would cover---I should have looked over the fine print of the limitations on my policy before choosing an HMO. Caring and competent dentists and staff – I am very picky about my health care. I expect to be educated and informed about procedures, fees and alternate options. I have received all of these from Dr James and his staff. Dr. James took quite a bit of time to explain a grinding habit. He showed me the detrimental results and educated me on likely causes and ways to prevent more damage. Fees are presented in a very concise way, leaving no room for unexpted expenses. MADA for all your dental needs – I have been with this office for meny years and I am very happy with the doctors and staff. Dr James is my general dentist, he usually takes care of most of my dental care but if I need a specialist then he would refer me to a specialist within the practice which is very convenient. The staff is very knowledgeable. I do feel that I am getting the best dental care at MADA.
