Thank you for being thoughtful about our health and our home. Mike was super knowledgeable about our boiler system and listened to our concerns and answered our questions. Ian and Ron were very friendly and responsive to concerns I was having with heating and cooling system. They were very professional. They arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves. The scheduling of the appointment was handled by Donna who was also friendly and attentive to my concerns and was able to schedule our work to be done quickly. Excellent service by conscientious professionals. We’ve been with this company nearly a decade with no complaints. Always respectful of our home (and our health, as both men were masked before stepping through our door without a request or reminder). Even noticed our water heater seemed to need attention and called it to ours—possibly saving us from a breakdown.
