It was our first time taking our dog to Michelle’s. They took good care of our Sandy girl. She is a very shy dog & didn’t seem to mind walking with the lady who brought her back out to our vehicle. She came back smelling good, fur was soft & shiny. We will definitely be back. ❤️🐶🐾
My dog went into the salon looking so pretty, and she came out with a summer cut when i did NOT ask for a summer cut, her fur was about 2 1/2 inches long and the lady had asked if we wanted a summer cut & i said no i want her with fur, and they lady said they were only going to cut 1 inch off, I will NEVER take her there again, i’m so disappointed.

I spoke with Sherry and she did explain to me the conversation y’all had when you dropped off and she explained the Chihuahua length of the summer cut to you when you agreed.... regardless you aren’t happy and that is never our goal. They have done an amazing job with all my dogs there. They always put little extras on my babies. i especially love the ties and bows they put on them. My babies come back to me even cuter than they left me!!!
Thank y’all for my baby O’Malley’s first haircut! He’s so adorable and smells amazing!!! Really appreciate the fact that y’all take walk ins! Fast but accurate service!!! Before and two After!
