The girl at the front desk is very nice. I tried them a few times, but it didn't work out. I have a cockapoo and I always request she gets a teddy bear head/round face in her grooming. On her first grooming trip, they were unable to do it well, but I could tell they tried. I figured maybe after a few trips, with practice, this could be a cut they could get with time.
