They have the best service and groomers , I’m satisfied every time I take my babies ... and pick them up.. never have any problems..
We have been coming to Michelle’s for over 20yrs now. We have rarely encountered any issues and when we have they were immediately corrected or happened due to reasons that had a good explanation. For example, I took in a poodle mix stray dog that had a lot of matting, they let us know that there might be complications but that they would do their best. This place is amazing! Took my shih tzu pups for their first ever grooming session and they came out looking and smelling great! Robin even gave me a verbal report when I asked how everything went. She definitely has the touch as one pup absolutely hates to get the hairs around his eyes cut. I love that they take such pride in their work. I can’t wait to see the before and after pics she took of them.
