I was so happy to experience a caring medical professional that listens to me about my health! Thank you to Michelle Masterson, ARPN and the staff at Iowa Clinic.
She did not take the time to get to know me and stated she did not have the time.tjis made me feel like a number no personalized care she stated her time was limited and due to my work schedule I missed 2apts and was asked to select another provider. This was not ok also depts at Iowa clinic do not communicate with each other false advertisements do not believe what u see on tv it is fake
