Having moved recently, so was looking for a new dentist. Worst dental experience I have ever had. I had confirmed my records had been forwarded, hygienist kept insisting they didn't have any record. Finally, I had to go to front desk and they said he was looking in wrong place. Told him I prefer to limit x-ray exposure. 'Only a few would be taken' 17 x-rays and 2 x 360 degree because he screwed up the first one. Then 2 procedures recommended which a second opinion said were unnecessary. Dr. Steinhubel and Katie went to great lengths to ensure that I was comfortable, all questions and concerns were addressed and the procedures went well.
They are courteous, and efficient. I am a terrible patient, and they put up with the nonsense I present trying to schedule, and repair my busted grille. They make it a breeze.
