After 2 yrs she hasn't changed. Taking time with all patients
The waiting room is quiet and relaxing. The staff is friendly and professional. Ms. Ballard is friendly and focused on my overall wellness. Treatment has dramatically improved my symptoms. Treatments have included medications, physical therapy, and outpatient procedures over several years as a patient. Vista is well-connected with other providers where needed for these different treatments.
Michelle Ballard is the 4th provider I've been transferred to in less than two years at this practice, but I like her better than any of the others I've seen. Her bedside manner is good, which is important to me after poor treatment from the last majority of medical providers I've seen over the years. I hope she stays at the clinic, I feel like I'm finally receiving appropriate care for my condition.
She is so nice and always listen to what I have to say..
She has been able to diagnose auto-immune problems that I have had for a long time that were never diagnosed previously and has helped me. We appreciate her exceptional knowledge and kindness in the field of Rhuematology.
